We are pleased to announce Dickens Mitchener’s Relocation Department received the highest honor for the entire Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE) network at the annual conference held in March 2020 in Las Vegas. LRE is comprised of 550 real estate firms from more than 70 countries. Catharine Pappas accepted the Diamond Award, the Crown of Excellence for Outgoing Referral Production, Outgoing Sales Production, Equivalent Outgoing Sales Production, and was also recognized for our company marketing. The department was awarded The Award of Excellence and Crown of Excellence again in 2021.

Our Relocation Services
Catharine PappasCatharine Pappas is the mastermind leader of Dickens Mitchener's award-winning relocation department. As a native Charlottean, Pappas brings a wealth of intimate knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, and attention to her job of transitioning families to and from the Queen City.
Pappas has more than 25 years of relocation experience and also holds many impressive relocation designations. She holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Destination Specialist (GDS), and Relocation Certified Coordinator (RCC) designations. She also assisted Dickens Mitchener in solidifying some strategic memberships with the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, the Charlotte Chamber Economic Development Council, and the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council. She also has been honored with The President's Service Award, Relo Direct Platinum Service Excellence Award in 2016 and 2018, and inducted into the Relocation Hall of Fame in 2018. Currently, Pappas is serving as Chairman of the Advisory Council for 2019 and on the Board of the Relocation Director's Council.

2023 Website Quality CertificationDickens Mitchener received high marks in a variety of critical areas relating to website performance, including usability, design, content, interactivity, customer service and mobile responsiveness. The evaluation was conducted by Virtual Results, LLC, a real estate internet and social marketing firm selected by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® to review the websites of participating members.
Available only to firms affiliated with LeadingRE, the WQC is awarded based on specific measurements for the WQC are updated each year to reflect the most current online marketing strategies, as well as evolving consumer preferences. Companies must be re-certified every two years to maintain the certification.
